International IVF coordination relied on manual emails, fragmented documents, and ad-hoc multilingual communication—driving up operational costs and human error at every step.

We rebuilt the end-to-end workflow for our US partners, creating a dedicated management engine that systematizes multilingual coordination. By replacing manual processes with structured data flows, we increased transparency and removed single points of failure.

What began as an operational improvement project for a US-based partner has evolved into a self-sustaining system that grows without adding engineering headcount. The platform is now operated primarily by Customer Success teams—both internally and on the client side.

Rather than creating vendor lock-in, we provided continuous improvements tailored to the client's technical maturity. This approach lets organizations scale by expanding their CS teams rather than their engineering staff, ensuring sustainable and efficient growth.
