Build-to-order manufacturing with numerous SKU variations creates quoting complexity that generic tools cannot handle. Manual processes led to errors and delays.
We designed a system that mirrors the actual workflow: configuration → pricing → order management. By encoding domain knowledge into the architecture, we automated manual processes. We don't just build software—we encode operational expertise into the system design.
The system is now in daily use, handling the full quoting and invoicing workflow. It replaced fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with a unified tool that fits the business, not one the business has to fit around.
